Punctuality & Full Attendance / நேர முகாமைத்துவம்: காலை 9:00 மணி முதல் மாலை 5:00 மணி வரை முழு நேரப் பங்கேற்பு கட்டாயமானது (Full attendance from 9 AM to 5 PM is mandatory).
Accommodation / தங்குமிட வசதி: Participants traveling from long distances (e.g. Jaffna, Batticaloa, Trincomalee, Colombo, Hill Country) will be provided accommodation. Prior notification and confirmation with the coordination team is required to ensure bed/room arrangements.
Food & Refreshments / உணவு: மதிய உணவு மட்டுமே ஏற்பாட்டாளர்களால் வழங்கப்படும் / Only lunch will be provided by the organizers.
Things to Bring / கொண்டுவர வேண்டியவை: Notebook, pen, smartphone/laptop, headphones/earphones.
Collaborative Conduct / கூட்டுப்பணி ஒழுக்கம்: Active participation in hands-on group exercises, phones on silent, and constructive peer reviews.
